I came to realize that for some reason the music i kept hearing on repeat was coming from wallpaper engine not sure why but i just lowered the volume on it and i stoped hearing the music not sure why it just started playing music after 2 years with the same background image but i hope this will help someone with the same issue. the way in which you lower wallpaper engine is my hitting control window and v at the same time and scroll all the way down to lower the volume from their
